♥️ Description ♥️
A pretty mid century vintage costume brooch. The brooch is oval shaped with a gold-tone rope border and base. In the centre is an assorted of faux pink fire opals, rhinestones and teardrop shaped frosted glass beads. Upon close inspection, glue residue can be seen where it's likely that a few stones have been glued back on at some point and the rhinestone in the centre is not sitting straight. It still makes a pretty costume piece to be added for a little vintage glamour!

Based on its design and craftsmanship, this brooch likely dates back to the mid to later mid 20th century, c1950s/60s making it a genuine vintage treasure.
♥️ Condition ♥️
This brooch is in fair/good vintage condition with a few signs of wear. Minor surface scratches as expected. As above glue residue can be seen upon close inspection, some stones have likely been reattached at some point and one rhinestone has a little golden tinge to it. The central rhinestone is also not set straight. This is reflected in the price. It is equipped with a swivel safety clasp ensuring secure wear. Items are gently cleaned to remove surface dirt. More intensive care if left to the preferences of the buyer.
